What they do is anti-Christ. There's no Christ like community involvement. No feeding the hungry or helping house the homeless. Here's some bible verses, now go believe for your next meal. Renew your mind if the Dr. tells you something's wrong. Not "what can we do to help?" That would mean we don't believe what we're teaching. What a toxic gospel they teach.

I guess my question MRAP is what do you mean by well constructed? John S@&oenh#it said he primarily chose the ASV of 1901 as text to develop the REV. One of my concerns is peer review of the REV. What scholars were/are involved? I'm paraphrasing some here, but he said the text was changed where necessary? Who determines what's necessary? If 20-30 scholars are involved like the NRSV or NIV, and others, that's one thing. If it's 1guy who decided he wanted his own translation, that's another thing. Academic credentials do carry some weight IMO when it comes to a project like a new version of scripture.

You're right WW about the BU website that former twi run, but I was talking about general BU info regarding it's history. Wiki stuff, etc.

Bapsy you can Google Biblical Unitarian and find some info regarding The Trinity. I came to the conclusion a long time ago that it's a non-redemptive, non-salvific subject.

I try to keep this "devil spirits cause" subject simple for myself. 1st, how many devil spirits can there be? 1 giant cancer causing "spirit",or millions of cancer causing "spirits", because there are so many people that have cancer around the world. I apply the same logic to any "sickness" I've heard people say are caused by "spirits". Arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, mental illness, the list goes on. Again, how many "spirits" could there possibly be out there? Just thinking out loud here. Feel free to hammer my logic. 😎

One of the things I see with some of the offshoots of twi are listed here by Jesus. Pride will make a person do some pretty hurtful things to people. It'll make them think they're right, when they're dead wrong. It'll make them hold on to things when they should let them go. They'll teach things for doctrine they shouldn't. Sadly it goes on. DWBH thanks for the welcome! Kevin is the secretary at CFFM. Tonia Shroyer who is the daughter in law of deceased John Shroyer is Pres. Tom Dill is vice. I have the utmost respect for all 3 in their endeavor to keep Jesus Christ where he belongs as head of his body. Kevin and Sarah have a special place in my heart too for years now. As do Tonia and Jeff and Tom and Sue Dill. They've helped and continue to help victims of twit to this day. There is no fellow labor program anymore. Sowers does what they do, which is to hold fast to vp's stuff. Doug MacMlullan is still with sowers. Truth be known he's running the show. He has no affiliation with CFFM. Gerald Wrenn and JAL both tried to worm their way in in recent months. I spoke up and they went away. Not need to go in to details but suffice to say, they won't be back.
