  1. This weenie was past excited to see this video. It showed what the roast really was. A group of people that only knew each other from a screen (most of us), coming together for a little reality. But there were no arguements, no tricks (unless you count snipe hunting, which apparently one can't), there was no harm, no foul ( unless you count snipe's, which apparently one can't). :D--> Thank you paw, for the chance to see this production. It really was all that herb just stated. It really shows who we all were for that weekend. A bunch of ex-cult folks enjoying each other's company immensely and coming together in relaxion, fun and a kinship of healing and growth. I saw, in you Paw, the tenderness to capture multifaceted personalities and voices, proving once again, that we are together in this thing, with differing viewpoints and ideas, but the same common ground of understanding.
  2. hmmm and the homework wasn't done before hand because...? Since when do these high end networks run any piece without dotting their i's and crossing their t's?
  3. this post was made almost TWO years ago... =========================================== SHEEEEEEEEEEEEESH! Thanks, Cathy, for noticing that. Removing my post of today. Criminy! -->
  4. Oak, check your private topics please?
  5. Of course, it goes without saying that anymore that messes with my kids takes the risk of my .38 in their face. I would not kill for TWI. They'd let me rot in some prison cell somewhere, after I did their dirty work.
  6. Watered Garden said: Could it be that he was being crammed into a tiny mold that didn't fit him, and his own mother was too paralyzed by fear of death by separation from the Household of Faith, Piety, and Perfection that she couldn't stop them from their meanness? =========================================== Every once in a while, someone says something that really gets my attention and it makes such sense that it's even healing! Thank you WateredGarden, can't tell you the questions you just answered for me. :)-->
  7. I made the 'what?' comment cuz of the way this was written. I understand Doug accompanied her into the burial ground woods. But my question was about the comment not allowing NON family members. Ummm they don't allow even family members without that person jumping through hoops. Wording makes such a differance. Seems like it's worded differant and confusing. This was the second time Doug knew he wouldn't be welcome, family member or not. When the story not told in it's entirety, it implies other things. All I'm saying. :)-->
  8. ........ violated TWI's policy of not allowing non family members to visit the burial site. ============================================== What???
  9. I'd do the same, but first I'd let the loved ones with family buried in the campfire area come and get their remains. ============================================== On behalf of those of us that would love that opportunity, thank you. :)--> And that's all I'd want from that forsaken mess. 10. Rascal Please check your private topics. Thanks
  11. Check out the book "The Gift Of Fear". I forget who wrote it now, cuz it's being passed all over, but worth the hunt. Talks about listening to our instincts, looking back at how we missed it, strengthening the ear to 'hear' it better next time. It's a kind of self help book, but with case studies and not a boring read. The writer gives example after example of victims knowing better before they were victimized. Great read!
  12. Box, that 'proposition' would .... me off! Whoa
  13. The statute of limitations has passed for 'entering a dwelling and removing undergarments'. :D-->
  14. Sure enough is a town called hell in michigan and it's probably frozen over right now. :)--> Also a town in the upper peninsula named Christmas. Cute eh?
