This kind of loss does leaves us with a void that is so personal. THe loss is enormous. What a beautiful memorial that has been displayed for your nephew..geesh, if you were here I would hug and pray for or with you. I will pray for your family.
Hills, every time I wrote the date on a piece of paper today, I thought of you. I thought of your family. I thought of how the world was robbed of this magnificent young man and so many other wonderful people.
I haven't forgotten, and I never will. You're in my prayers.
Sorry for your terrible and personal loss. We all lost so much that day, but those who lost loved ones paid the highest price. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers on this day. May your many wonderful memories soften the blow of his loss.
I looked on the site naming all the victims until I found his name and then I prayed for you. We will never "get over" it. We will always remember. We will never give up. We will never forget.
Hills, a blogger got together with a LOT of other bloggers and they each decided to honor the memory of one person who lost his life on 9/11. I don't know if you have seen this or not so I am posting the link for you.

I, too, thought of Brett today and many other days, as well as my friends grand daughter and all the families who lost so much in that damn attack.
Brett and I share a birthday and I've missed him the last 5 then too.
Prayers for your family. :(

I recall reading of your nephew in the days following the attack and his death. I was saddened then and am saddened now.
May God comfort you and your family.

Dear Hills and family,
