I dont see jeering and chatter I saw you completely shut down because you were confronted with uncomfortable truths that you are smart enough to recognize but deluded enough to rationalize them away. Then of course you turn to insults when you do snap out of it, and a very arrogant condescending tone and choice of words. The adversary is everywhere huh....4 points

Mike you want to get away from all the hate? Well a camera offers a great analogy. What you focus on is what you become. Vol 1 Chap 1 of the Blue Book - your substitution for the New Testament. I thought you were a paradigm of living the collaterals. I mean they are what you worship. Are you slipping here?3 points

The “allergy” that many have for VPWs works stem from the putrid fruit evident in his life which is continually whitewashed over by Wierwilleolatry - ignoring and discounting the putrid fruit, making images of the Wierwille idol, deifying his human works as coming straight from God and becoming egotistical and condescending as if this way of living in bondage is superior to common sense, intellect, and reason. Wierwilles work is substandard and shallow. It reminds me of someone trying to construct a philosophy of living straight from Dr. Seuss. I don’t like green eggs and ham. I do not like them Sam I am. Obviously I’m filled with hate for green eggs and ham and Dr Seuss. That’s why these cult members are like they are asleep. The mind just can’t wake up to anything outside of grooved idolatry.3 points

You remember me telling you the speaker is responsible for their communication? Well, another rule is the purpose of the communication is the response. If you're getting chatter and jeering, that must be what you want. Otherwise, you'd change the communication. As you haven't changed the communication, you must enjoy chatter and jeering. Negative attention is better than no attention at all, right?3 points

I wish I could give the above quote 1000 upvotes. It's what lies at the crux of the whole "1942 promise."2 points

Its a relevant point for certain. God clearly states I am holy so be ye holy. He lays out multiple qualifications for ministers in his scripture that sets a high bar of ethical behavior that victor paul wierwille clearly did not live at all, since he was a drunken, sexual predator, and plagairist. So God almighty, with whom it is impossible for God to lie, violates his own written Word to teach victor paul wierwille. He didnt even violate scripture for his own Son, Jesus Christ but had him fulfill the law and redeem mankind where Jesus Christ fulfilled the minutest detail of the Mosaic law: but he made an exception for Victor Paul Wierwille?....complete bullshonta.2 points

No doubt, and it's very mutual, and thanks! Actually, I had very little faith if any at all when I was drunk. That was about a 6 year period or more really. My faith rekindled when I dropped to my knees asking God for his help with a sincere and humble heart. My life has not been the same since.1 point

Theres copious evidence that people have corrupted manuscripts and such....but why do you think God has to produce one ancient manuscript to rule them all in order for the Bible to be legitimate? The KJV committee utilized 5000 or so texts from the Byzantine line of texts and the Textus Receptus agrees with these manuscripts nearly 99%. So God chose many manuscripts for comparison and accuracy. I wont derail this topic any further with this off topic post but Im more than happy to discuss what Ive learned on the subject in another thread. Peace! Who needs to scrutinize their thinking? How many of us are forever whining about being jeered at, or being tricked, or being pounced on? I submit that it's YOU that has all the hate. You claim all these years studying PLAF yet you never learned to apply the simplest of principles: believing equals recieving. Confession of belief equals receipt of confession. One of the reasons I believe you don't believe Saint Vic's garbage any more that I do. If you believed it you'd apply it.1 point

There is no “snapping”. That term is probably something your subconscious came up with in response to Karl Kahlers book “The Cult That Snapped” highlighting a members personal experience in the cult and contact with its leaders. Your brain rejected the idea of the Way “snapping” so with the victim blaming ingrained in you from Plaffy “law of believing” now you flip it to blame members. Truly a sick mind. Clearly traceable to the collaterals.1 point

English is a goofy language, ya know? "Shut down" can have more than one meaning. Are you saying that he, himself, closes his mind to more thorough deliberation or that he attempts to silence alternative opinions? I'm not sure it matters either way. I'm just seeking a bit of clarification, here1 point

In general, I think "keeping" means holding something in your heart; interesting because a few verses say, "for out of the heart flows the issue of life"; "out of the abundance of the heart, a man speaks"; and with the heart, one believes - that kind of thing. Personally, having someone in my heart means I love them, they feel close by, and I think of them. As a kid when asked to keep a secret, we'd cross our fingers and say cross my heart and hope to die. Whereas "obey" means to do what someone in authority tells you do. Applying this to children, you have those who are bossy like my 4-year-old granddaughter; she is described this way at her day care but then again apparently her and a few friends like bossing each other around - I'm told it's quite cute to watch .1 point

Even though it equates to bibliolatry. I would hope the people Mike recognizes as scatterers do some serious introspection about the matter. The fact of the matter is there are no original manuscripts in existence. There is material evidence humans have corrupted what we've believed to be the Word of God. Sure, it's available to figure out what likely is the essence of God's original word. But it doesn't come easily and certainly doesn't come from charlatans who arrogantly claim "God told me he'd teach me the word like it hadn't been known since the 1st century of the Christian era. I take you all back to Proverbs 2:1-5. I do not claim to have The Word. I'm not asking anyone to follow me or support "my ministry." 2 My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, 2 turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding— 3 indeed, if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, 4 and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, 5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.1 point

It's all serious. It is all without exception or distinction to be taken seriously. All of it. Even the absurd is to be taken seriously, because that's what victor's made up "doctrine" is. Absurd. Illustrations of the absurd point to the truth behind the absurd. Linguistics matter. Language matters. Words and their meanings matter.1 point

Ah yes the sheeple deluding himself into how much power he has. They don’t seem scattered to me - more like each one is cleaning up a different pile of your bullshonta. But you go Don Quixote - quote that Plaffy at every problem in your life - maybe the magic incantation will work somewhere. Or if not you are happier with your head buried in bullshonta so you don’t have to consider different viewpoints. the greatest secret in the world today - like a Masonic incantation.1 point

Hevrews 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, Scripture does not state that God DOES not lie, indicating that he could actually do so. Scripture says it's IMPOSSIBLE for God to lie...what happened to every jot and tittle? You expect to be taken seriously and you care not to quote God's matchless Word accurately?1 point

A beautiful and simple sounding phrase to catch the attention of the listener. When you repeat it in a brainwashed fashion it almost sounds profound. Yet is it? Is this not just another way of saying God is truthful and not a liar? God speaks out of only one side of his mouth not two. God is real not faux. But when you take that to the extreme in scribe territory and apply the who where what when why to whom under what time period all of that leads to further analysis and over complication. That also involves dispensationalism in an attempt to dispel the harshness of Old Testament writings. And it feeds into the rampant fundamentalist Bibliolatry consuming peoples time money and talents. Which is the basis of Wierwilleolatry which is what your religion is.1 point

The irony of the intellectually dishonest holding forth on intelligence and trustworthiness! Only someone saturated in the intellectual and spiritual dishonesty of victor and his PFAL collaterals would so widely miss the mark on understanding the English language.1 point
