  1. i haven't heard anything. maybe paw might know if they have set a date.
  2. I thought of a way some of us could introduce a bit more fun by starting a forum on a play on book titles by a "certian" orginization. I know that this might be better suited in the humor section but would like to start it out here and then PAW could move it to the appropriate location after a day or so. So here is the deal. Take a book or class, or whatever and make a play on the name. For instance: Are The Dead Alive Now? -- Yes! In the BOD and in the very top leadership positions.
  3. If you would like Patricia Byrne's email addy Email me. She lives in Germany now.
  4. I don't know about the loogie launching into the pool but what I would love to see is someone launch a few Baby Ruth's into the pool. That might get some notice by the bless patroll and the leadership.
  5. Paw is right about the spyware, even on 'NEW' never hooked up to the internet computers. I know for a fact that Windows 98 SE has spyware in it before u even download it off of the CD disk (microsoft puts a spyware tracker right into the IE explorer, or the company that puts it together for them does it) and i wouldn't doubt that it's in all of Microsofts Windows programs. I would bet that very few companies do put spyware in thier software. Kazza is one program that i know is notorious for major spyware, or at least it used to be. I downloaded a copy ot it a couple or 3 years ago to download a couple of hard to find songs. That was back when i had an early version of ad-aware. Talk about spyware. i ran ad-aware and it picked up at least 40 to 50 pieces of spyware for about 30 to 40 minutes of online time.
  6. Hi Sudo I know that the local Wal-Mart store in the town south of where I live ( i live in Essex and the wal-mart store is in shenandoah) has been selling Dual Layer DVD burner/CD burner combo drives for home computers. The drive is made by Light-On and has the install disk plus I think Nero and Nero Express included with the drive. I know that I use Nero for my slower CD burner and has some great features to make SVCD, VCD, and mini-DVD's. the DVD burner/CD burner combo was sellin at Wal-Mart for $89 plus tax. The DVD burner is a 16X burner with a fairly fast CD burner built in. The DVD burner is the same speed as the DVD burners that QVC has been selling in some of the newer gateway and dell computers that they offered for sale. Wouldn't hurt to check to see if they had any at your local store. But don't know if the software included with the drive would be what you need to do. One other thing though, the dual layer DVD disks that walmart had were pretty pricy for 3 dual layer disks. Boxes of 3 were going for about $30 at walmart.

Thanks.
  9. One question. Would this ruleing cover older people? Like with TWIT cases? If so then any new sexual abuse cases against leaders in TWIT should be able to use this ruling in the plantiffs favor for any new cases.
  10. The old saying "Home is where the heart is." USED to mean a lot at TWI before they started booting out the people who truly cared to help people, and wanted to help make the ministry grow. But over the years the truly good hearted people who could have made a difference are gone or the very few that are still in from those years, they are scarred stiff that if they try to help people like it used to be when I was in, they will get the axe. The ministry used to have people who if a beliver had a problem with something and asked a person that had been in for a while for help, the person asking for help would get the exact help that they needed. Now it sounds like if someone really has need of spiritual help or even just regular help on something they get raked over the coals, chewed out and also told that thier beliving isnt in the right place. The current settings of the ministry is just looking out for thier bottom line "money and power over others." Sooner or later I look to see more people leave because of what the current leadership is doing. The number of new people in the classes and the numbers of the CORPSE grads reflect the willingness of the belivers that are still in to actually bring in the numbers that TWI want. The money base will be more and more passed off to the regular people to pay. Now the tithe may be 15 or 20% of thier gross income, but as the numbers get smaller look at the ministry to put a higher percentage rate on what the belivers have to pay to keep TWI afloat.
  11. With all of the talk of not being able to be "In the Corpse" or being able to go to the classes like the "AC" and what not by being in debt or having a morgage, could this also be the reason TWI only had 5 in the WAY CORPSE class?????????? I don't really know but sounds plasable to me. Only 5 people that the leaders would feel were qualified to be CORPSE.
  12. Wordwolf happened to mention AntiVir free anti virus. I amcurrently running it on my computer and it works great. It has found several worms, trojans and viruses that would have made it into my system if not for it. I downloaded it from freeantivirus.com , just go down the list and you will see the 'AntiVir' name, click on it and then the download area and then the little umbrella logo on the site. Updating it is a brease and will install any new updates to the program and the anti-virus list for the program. It takes a whileto download any major updates, but seems to catch things that Norton Anti-Virus 2002 that i also have on my computer doesn't seem to catch.
  13. TWI has always had some sort of thing about the Holocost ordeal. I think it goes back to even VPW, i seem to remember VP saying that it was either over exagerated or not that many people died in the jewish camps during WW2. Even though all the evidence was in black and white and all of the survivors still around that witnessed it first hand. The book that TWI said was the main evedence that it didn't really happen was something like "The myth of the 6,000,000" or something like that. I had an uncle that served in WW2 that saw the camps after the people were liberated and being treeted from all the cruel treetment that they had to endure. It doesn't surprise me that the "Neo-Nazi" leadership would still have some qualmes about what happened in Germany during the war really did happen and letting the young people that are in the ministry find out the truth.
  14. Hi computer tec's I have an AMD K6-2 350 socket 7 processor available, with heatsink and fan assembly. Don't really know if it works or not. It came out of an old CORSAR computer. The computer didn't boot up, so i figured it might have been something with the motherboard and figuered the processor might be good. i would take any reasonable offer + the cost of shipping from SW Iowa, if anyone would be interested for an old socket 7 motherboard that would go that fast. You can email me at dannyh93@hotmail.com if your interested. Thanks.
  15. JOE BELIVER: Yes i'm going to Yellowstone for a little vacation. HEAD HONCHO: What??????????? You have enough money to take a vacation???????????? You were supposed to give, "cough sputter gurgle wheeze", I mean abundantly share most of that money to help keep GOD's protection in place. We will have to have a full report on why you haven't fully abundantley share like you should have. If you have enough to take a vacation then you haven't been abundantly sharing like you should have and withholding God's blessings on yourself.
  16. Hey Pat. This looks like a more accurate site than any others I've seen. The present Spewth one that is.
  17. To Paw and all of the other greasespotters here on the forums. With Chrismass fast approching and New Years after that, I want to wish all of the people here a very Merry Christmass and a verry Happy New Year. To those brothers and sisters still in TWI I want to wish them all the same wishes and happiness that comes with this time of year. (what we celebrate, though it might not be quite accruate on the time period of Christ's actual birth) I am glad to have the time with my family and friends and to be with them all. I wish the best for all of you in TWI and hope that you could spend time with your earthly families and friends at this time of year. To all of the people that I know here on Greasespot, and those that I haven't met face to face yet. Merry Christmass and Happy New Year and may the next year bring even more happiness to everyone.
  18. VPW had the 'gift' to bring in new people, or 'charisma' as most peopple call it. Martindale lost what he learned from VP, and RFR doesn't even have a clue as to what it is. A rehash of most of the old PFAL class with some of the new????????????? and some fresh material????? They better think of giving back the original Wierwille farm and selling off the assets before everything goes belly up and they lose what people they have now. Any new people that they contact, that has internet capabilities, will probably do some kind of reaserch on them and find out what kind of group they are. Along with trying to go back into areas where they were intrenched a long time ago, people and orinizations have a tendency to remember what happened and what the group stood for in the past. Like the old saying goes "An elephant never forgets" most people don't forget on how they were treated by the rank and file that are still in leadership positions and will have a tendancy of telling what they know to the people that TWI will try to contact.
  19. On the number of people who you could have in a class when i was in varried. Tape class, cassett or real to real tape, was about 14 to 15 people or less. Video or Film class ( from the original that VP made ) was about 15 to 20 or so. And If the twig was able to get enough suckers, uh I mean interested people, VP said that if any group of belivers were able to get enough people together probably 40 or more people, that he would do the class live. But if i'm wrong pleaselet me know. But i think that at one time VP did say that if there was a big enough PFAL class that he would come and teach one or 2 segments live. I don't know if there ever was a class big enough to get VP to come and teach it live. This was back in the 1974 - '75 time period almost 35 years ago.
  20. Hey GJ How much are the old WAY vinals going for nowadays. i have at least 3 that i know of, i'll have to check and see. P.F.A.L '77 ?, ROA 76, and All Aboard. They are still in pretty good condition, in a record box for LP's and the record covers are not damaged, I.E worn, torn, ect. I played them a few times after i got them, but that's it. Let me know. Maybe if they are anything u want we can work something out. I'm fairly easy to please. Especially with old 'wineskin' WAY material. :D--> :P--> :D-->
  21. Or could it be the "Advanced Cash Stuff(thier pckets full of ABS money)" weekend??? :D--> :D--> :D--> With all of the money they had to spend for lawyers in the last couple of years, they would need it. Thier needs, not the rank and file people.
  22. Who is calling it stealing if the offshoots and others pick up the people TWI booted, kicked, or the ones that left of thier own accord? And remember those who are still in, Everyone's welcome here at the greasespot cafe. The coffee might get a little strong towards the bottom of the pot, but the coversation, love, and careing are the best to be found anywhere short of the second coming. If anytime that you want to jump in on a conversation feel free, it doesn't cost anything, and you sure are welcome back anytime you want to. There is always a seat for a friend and a nice hot cup of java.
  23. Neet coolwaters. Looks lie a professional job on the award setup. AND the next award goes tooooooooo......................................
  24. That's a bunch of BULL crud!! There was a teaching a long time ago, I think by 'ol Vic himself, that people had free will. If the people that's still in decide that they want to leave and join another group, whiether god or bad, that's thier decision to do so, NOT TWIt's. If TWIt's position on the wordwas so fricking good, then the members would be pouring in. Someone on another thread said it so true that VPW knew how to bring in new members and keep the ones that were there 'in the fold'. The current leadership only knows how to ailienate the current members and lose any chances on getting many new people to join. The classes they (TWIt) has is one of the problem's on getting new people. The new people they DO get after a couple or three sessions see's the new WAP class is nothing but a BIG joke.
  25. The other day Harvey P. went into a chainsaw outlet to buy a chainsaw to do some cleanup work in the WAY woods. The sales person showed him a model and said "this is the best selling unit we have in stock, It can cut 10 cords of wood an hour. And the price is in the range you are willing to pay." Well, Harvey bought the chainsaw and took it back to headquarters. A week later Harvey came back in and said "I want my money back on this chainsaw!!!!" The sales person inquired as to why he wanted to return it. To whit Harvey replied, "I couldn't find anyone smart enough to figure out how it works." :D--> :D-->
