  1. Sounds like another "WAY" offshoot to me. Better be carefull, you might get some orders on that one.
  2. Kinda makes you wonder if he did any for Rosie and Donna. --> ;)-->
  3. To me, the best Anniversary TWI could have is to: 1. make a formal, public and written appolegy to the people they have hurt over the years. 2. take all the money that they have, known and unknown bank accounts that have been taken from people that have been associated with TWI, and give it back. 3. Close down the Headquarters and all of the sattilite areas that they own and sell them to help pay back the current and past members. BUT! all of this is wishfull thinking and every year the #$!@%$#@ a++ H++es keep saying how they have helped people find the true word of GOD. BULL+++t, the only people who they have ever helped are themselfs.
  4. i would expect that the Wierwille kids at the time were unaware of what thier father was doing. Brining up the wrong doings of thier father now would only stur up possibly bad memories that they would have already delt with. Also, I agree with dabobbada and UnckleHarry. Leave the Wierwille kids in peace. If any of them wanted to discuss what happened, they would have done it a long time ago. And who are we to force them to talk about it.
  5. ex10 The only retirement plan TWI has is a "Good Swift Kick In the A$$" when your usefullness runs out.
  6. All of your stories reminds me of an incident that happened to a friend of mine and I at Emporia in the last part of 1978 early '79. A girl that was in one of the twigs was working on a 22 rifle that she got ( TWI suggested that individuals have a handgun, rifle or shotgun in case the worst happend and we had to go underground. remember??? ) Well she happened to have the rifle loaded, in her appartment on the second floor no less, and the twig leader got ahold of my friend and had he and i go over to her place to help her to get medical treatment. And the twig leader ( who was a CORPSE grad ) told us,in no uncertian terms, NOT to let the doctors or police if they were called thet we were in the ministry. (could cause problems you know). The girl got treated and after she got well enough i think that the leadership forced her to leave or she left on her own accord, cause i never saw her shortly after that at fellowships.
  7. The setup looks pretty good so far. Especially the board of dumb. It looks about right for them. Also the spot for the former president looks just like him. :D--> :D--> :P-->
  8. just a note about the Labor Day celebration here in Essex, Iowa. I guess the city of Essex's fire department has done away with thier free "Weenie feed" that they used to have, but here is a partial list of what they are having on the labor day weekend. Saturday from 6 pm to 8 pm is a local student band (Skin Deep) that is going to play downtown, then from 9 pm to 1 am the essex fire and rescue is having a street dance with the group "Dirty John". Sunday the 4th of september from 9 am to they are having a motorcycle poker run registration, then at 1:30pm a kids water fight ( a can on a overhead wire and hoses to see which team can get the can to thier end of the wire ) in the downtown area of essex. at 3 pm in the park are kids games for the younger kids, at 4pm the famous essex "tub races" for whoever would like to see if thier team is good at running the obstical course with a driver in a stearable tub full of water and 3 people pushing the tub.(downtown), 4 pm to 8 pm a beer garden with a DJ and Kareoke by the essex ire and rescue (downtown). and from 9 pm to 1 ama street dance with (Hurricane Annie) run by the essex fire and rescue. On Monday (Labor Day) lunch in the park (have to pay ) has 2 stands the Essex Child Care Center and the Page County Pork Producers. starting at 8 am is the all day flea market runs usually till about 4:30 to 5 pm when the dealers start closing down. also starting at 8 am is the 10k fun run/walk registration. at 9 am is the antique tractor and car show registration, at 9:30 is a baby show (for the proud parents of great looking kids), 10 am to 11 am is the participant tractor and car show judging, 12:30 pm is the judging for the parade float and horse judging, at 2 pm is the parade, and at 4 pm is the demo derby at the northeast corner of town. So thats about it for the labor day weekend if anyone is interested.
  9. Intead of a potato or a bannana, try this if you have the time. 1. take a piece of flexible wire, an old 1 pound ham can (or any can will do) and a piece of light wieght thread that would break fairly easily. 2. take the piece of wire and tie it to the front edge of the can. 3. take the can and wire and tie it to the front bummper so it hangs underneth the vehicle so the can is about 2/3's of the way back under the vehicle. 4. tie the piece of thread to the back of the can to the back bumper so the can hangs just above the ground (about 1/2 inch or so). by now most people will know what will happen. but for those who don't, when the string breaks the can makes a sound like the drive shaft has gone out. :D--> :D--> :D--> and the neet thing is on most front wheel drive vehicles it would spook the bejesus out of them
  10. True DM is still at TWI LCM hasen't been seen around Headquarters and is supposidly been given his walikng papers for indiscrepencies (done by him while Pres.). But could there be a chance that Craigger's is still running the show from behind the picture via his wife? and that is why she is still in a position of power? True others have been told to leave if one of the married couple supposidly "copped out" or left because of them not wanting to stay with a ministry that has one set of rules for the indians and another set for the chiefs. It seems that TWI has always instituted unreasonable rules and regulations for the regular belivers. Look at the "No Pets" rule and 'RR' with pets of her own. It makes me wonder IF LCM still has some measure of controll with what goes on at TWI and his wife DM is a major go between to pass on information both ways, to and from Headquarters. Why would LCM give up the good life and have to get a 9 to 5 job when he could sit back and still be able to run things with 'RR' as the figurehead to take the heat away from him. If anything would go wrong 'legally' who would take the fall? RR or LCM? The legal system would go after the the one that would be at the head of the class, and not someone who was ousted and replaced as president. DM should have left with LCM when the replaced him. But it still seems kinda strange.
  11. a good "spyware" killer is the AdAware program. the main one is free the adaware plus, which keeps the spyware from entering in the first place costs you something. but i think that the adaware does have a feature that you can set to where it removes the spyware when you start your computer. otherwise just run it manually every so often.
  12. on your computer, windows XP would run faster if your computer had a PIII 600 to 700 mhz speed processor or above. I know from a friend that works with computers that XP requires a high end PIII processor (600mhz or higher) or a P4 or higher suggested, and 128meg of memory is just enough to run the minimum install of XP. I would recomend 512meg or more of memory if your computer can handle that much to run Windows XP. also having a large capacity hard drive for the recommended install of XP wouldn't hurt also. I hope that this helps some.
  13. Another thing you might check is if your communications lines are Digital or Analog. Analog are the old type copper wire telephone lines. Digital are the newer Fiber Optics type telephone lines. The city where i live is mostly the Analog telephone lines. But about 6 to 7 years ago the telephone company put in a Digital telephone line system for our school system. One of the school teachers that i know said that he thought that the Analog lines were good untill the school got the Digital lines put in. From want he said, the school computers which were about the same kind as he had at home, were a heck of a lot faster for the internet on geting to the web sites and for uploading and downloading. But i think that most areas are still the old analog lines, unless your area has upgraded to the Digital telephone lines.
  14. Mark Sanguinettii might be right on the A$$ kissing part, being the egotistical, womanizing person that he (LCM)is. And TheInvisibleDan is more than likely closer to the second point about LCM than Loy wants to be known. Where else would he have learned about the fringe benifits that he utilized as MOGFOT. Someone had to show him the ropes, then he used the information to get what he wanted from VPW.
  15. i have NERO 6 on my computer for my HP 4x/2x/20x writer CD and it works great. And with NERO it will burn DVD's, SVCD's, and VCD's along with the regular CDRom CD's.
  16. Also i noticed that the Sam's Club in Lake Manawa (south of Council Bluffs, Iowa) had good prices on new Western Digital hard drives. a 160 gig drive was about $119.95 before tax and a 200 Gig WD drive was about $159.95. Another thing, stear clear of the EMachines that Wal-Mart sells. I know of 2 different people who got them and they went out about as fast as your computer. It would be better to go with a name brand like Dell or Gateway or another big name company that has a good track record on thier warrenty coverage.
  17. I was wondering if anyone on the GScafe had any old Macintosh LC 3 computer CD games or hardware laying around that they are not using?? If so would you like to give them a 'GOOD' home???? :)--> I have a Macintosh LC III with a 160 MB hard drive, 1.40k disk drive, 14"color monitor and a Apple CD300 external drive already. But would like to have some older games or usefull utilities that were available for the older Mac's. Let me know if you do. Thanks. danteh1 P.S. my email addy is in my profile.
  18. Hi everyone A little update for those who said that they 'Might' be interested in this area, 2 to 3 hour drive away who aren't going to the annual "Wieenie roast" back east. The people who have the campground "With Showers" said that they get $20 a day for the camper parking spot, 2 person occupancy. I think that they have electrical hookups, and the spot includes the shower/restroom usage. Also a person here in town said that the fliers telling what is going on on the Labor Day weekend are supposed to be at the printer's and i can post more on what the weekend activities will cover when they post the fliers. I will also check out the prices of the 2 motels rooms would run if anyone is still interested in a non-camping experience. Well, have to go for now, but thought that i would keep everyone posted on what i've found out so far. P.S. the city of shenandoah also has a very nice 'NEW' swimming pool with a water slide. Good if your kids like to swim. The pool also has several lifeguards posted duing the open hours and lifeguards posted on the waterslide for the kisd and adults safety.
  19. sometimes I wonder if the current 'Head' leadership is using mindbending "Musrooms". That might explain some of thier behavior.
  20. WayGB. Are you finding anything yet at HQ??? Just cause you haven't found anything doesn't mean there isn't anything sight or sound orinated to be found hidden in items, or in unlogical places.
  21. Hey Tom Strange I wonder how many of the listening "bugs" and mini-video cameras they have found in thier offices and meeting rooms???? 1, 2, 4, or going bonkers trying to find them. Happy hunting WayGB. :D--> --> :D-->
  22. With all of the spying that the WGB has done on the people both in and out. Wouldn't it be funny to find out that they have been monitored to. Cordless phones being picked up on scanners set to recive supposidly bloced out 800 and 900 mhz scanner areas. Also with the right ham radio, anyone can pick up on cell phone comversations. And who's to say that someone who was planning on leaving TWI didn't plant a listening device in someone's office or in an area used for staff meetings and is collecting information on them?? I have seen miniaqture listening bugs that can transmit to a reciver up to a mile to a mile and a half away.
  23. Sounds like 'ol Loy Boy is wanting to come out of his little 'ol cubby hole again. Have they forgiven him? Has he found new Revelation for the 'Masses'??? Or could it be that TWI has started to run out of it's own personal TWI 'TP'for the old room with the half moon???? :D-->
  24. I take it Radar that the people might have ex-TWI backgrounds. The picture on the back of the letter sure looks like the old BRC building that the SNS used to be held many moons ago. In the last line of the last paragraph of the letter they state "We need you for our team. (The Mystery in motion!)" How can they need me for thier teem when I didn't even 'KNOW' who they were untill I got the letter??
