According to Gunnison County Records, two different parcels are separately owned. Camp Gunnison Inc. is the owner of a 5.5 acre property valued at just under $448,000 in 2007. for the 3 previous years it was $267,000 The property is tax exempt and the owner address is Box 328, NK, Ohio. This property has a 2000 sqft house effectively bult in 1981 with an attached garage, a shed and a barn. Way International owns the other property. If you search, put Way International without "The". It took me awhile to find it trying other versions of names. The address is Legal Department, Box 328...... This property is 129.59 acres and is valued at $4,497,090 up from 3.2 million in 2006. This is the total of $1.654 million for the land and $2.842 million in improvements. Their numerous buildings are listed there. The photo of the Family Commons is taken from a newspaper article. The property is also listed as exempt from taxes. The figure for the improvements seems low to me, but since it is exempt I doubt if the assessor bothers with it much. I've worked my tree for about 12 years. I have a few who fought in the Civil War. As far as I recall all my direct line were on the side of the north, but I have some loosely tied branches that were located in the south. Somewhere I have a couple of local newspaper articles from the time period about one of my ancestors who was a Colonel in an IL regiment. My grandfather at the behest of a few of his relatives documented our line to allow membership in the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution). He never really cared about such things however. I've enjoyed the hobby, it gives a real historical perspective to events, and it is thrilling to make a breakthrough like being able to walk alone at sunrise through the eastern Germany village where at least 7 generations of my father's side were born, dating back to the 1600s. Its just as thrilling to help someone else find a long lost link or memory.

I use both, for various reasons. Closing the shoutbox DOES seem to stop it, (on IE) however THAT pretty much defeats the benefit of having Shout back. Anyway, it does seem it must be related to the new shout thingy, if that helps the wonderful dude who helps keep this place up, running, and innovative.

yea mine does, ever since the shoutbox reappeared but it seems to be only when I am in here on IE. My Mozilla browser seems not to do it. what browser are you guys using? GT- by "jumping", I mean that everything in the window seems to scroll up one line and then back down, about every 15 seconds.
