  1. So Wierwille goes to India as Williams' guest only to try and use their organization to promote his own? And who the h3ll was Wierwille to designate anyone to do anything?
  2. And in way international culture of Victoid worship, these men of God that Wierwille stole...err..I mean learned from were just pieces of the puzzle. It's as if God Almighty brought them to Vic in the same way he brought the animals to Adam. And from his many revelations, many teachers, he put together the word that had not been known since the first century church. THE TRUTH. End of story. Oh, and of course God taught Wierwille. Not any of these various and sundry people he stole...err...I mean learned from. The more you think about it, mull it over, then the more ridiculous it becomes.
  3. In my years in-residentured, I heard it said that Wierwille did many these things out of ignorance - not knowing any better. Point was driven home the we know better because of the work he did. Therefore, these things were not tolerated of us because we knew better. Uh....double standard, anyone?
  4. Yep. By the time any publication goes through all the departmental bureaucracy at HQ, you can bet it's been thoroughly cleansed of any "objectionable" material.
  5. Born Again to Serve (BATS) was written by having a way publications staffer interview Mrs. Wierwille, taking notes with pen and paper. Much of the information for BATS was pulled from Mrs. Wierwille's journal. The notes were compiled by way publications and then sent to president's publications who wrote BATS based on the notes. BATS 2 was in the interview/notes stage by way publications but Mrs. Wierwille's deteriorating mental state derailed the book. That and way publication's staff being painfully slow and incompetent in the interview process. Rosie pulled the plug. I don't think anyone realizes the damage the book does to Wierwille's credibility. Especially since books like The Way Living in Love are no longer available. Wierwille has been whitewashed. His teachings are not publicly available. Any STS presentation that are drawn from his sources are meticulously sanitized of all his outlandish claims. They present Wierwille as a great man of God who did miraculous things in compiling the store house of truth he left behind. He did the work so we don't have to. Too bad a cursory internet search exposes the man behind the curtain. Rosalie does not realize the damage the internet has inflicted on them. She is too incompetent and out of touch to get it. Last I knew she didn't even have a computer in her office and had her secretary check and print her email. Oh, and WAYGB monitor Grease Spot and print forum posts so she could read along, or forward it to their lawyers, or whatever she does with them.
  6. Likely so. I was hoping for some clarification. The person who told me has been around TWI for 30 years or so and said that VPW noted it on a STS. I have never heard it mentioned otherwise. But given VPW's track record, it wouldn't surprise me. It's very poor planning. Especially since the auditorium is considered the centerpiece of the property. It's also the building that let's them qualify as a church. But to obscure the front of the building is just plain goofy.
  7. Ya, well he had quite a few superstitions when it came to devil spirits. Seems many of them are enshrined in the advanced class material.
  8. Ya, like building it facing west so the front of the building could be prominent. Instead they built it facing north, obscuring the front in the woods and leaving building mechanicals such as industrial grade transformers in plain view, wrecking curb appeal. Not to mention a giant storm overflow pond in plain view. The boathouse? Nothing but mechanicals inside. Not to get too far off topic. But I was told it was done so VPW would be facing north when he taught in the auditorium. Something about God and northern symbolism in scripture. Anywho.
  9. I want to register and please accept my $200.00 as a token of my double commitment.
  10. To put up with TWI's corruption you have to not give a dang. It's really the only way. Ignore or justify the evil. Blame the victims. Excuse Wierwille and company's predations and other evils. Imagine that Wierwille is on par with the apostle Paul, as if Wierwille were a chosen vessel for God and God confirmed it all with a snow storm. And of course any dissenting voices are just lies and we are all working for the adversary. I could continue but it would just be redundant.
  11. It should matter to you. Not how much money TWI has, but that they have integrity in following their 501c3 requirements by reporting what they do with donations. But I don't really care either. I already have come to realize there is nothing charitable about TWI. Giving them money is akin to tossing it into a black hole. I'm all into pictures. This one aptly describes someone who has been told of TWI's wrong doings but refuses to investigate the claims. > see picture!
  12. No wonder he got fired. But Wierwille was supposed to have the integrity to accept the Bible's instructions.
  13. One more thing. This man has done an amazing amount of research on Wierwille. http://www.empirenet.com/~messiah7/cultsthe.htm
  14. You are moving the goal posts. You started by saying that you could call and find out. IRS code governing 501c3 corporations has many specifics regarding financial disclosure. If you were to actually call them they should direct you to someone who could get you copies of the information you request. That's their responsibility by law. But they don't do that. They make available no financial disclosures that I am aware and I was at HQ for nearly a decade and was on the presidents cabinet for a short stint. If they don't have integrity in the smallest matters then what does that say about them? Are you frightened to call them? Perhaps a likely scenario if you do is repercussions through the way of the USA down to your local leadership. Perhaps you are scared (rightfully so) of a reproof session. If you are, then what does that say about the organization you support? It took me a number of years to finally wake up to the fact that the way international is an abusive cult. I too went from thinking all the reports of Wierwille and company's wrongdoings were lies, attacks of the adversary, etc. I've spent a number of years with a Acts 17:11 mindset. I've searched diligently whether these things are so. I have also spent quite a bit of time taking many of their doctrinal teachings to the bible and found that they are not so. I won't argue with you any further. You have a number of resources to begin your investigation. One thing is for certain. Asking someone that has absolutely no knowledge or what we are talking about versus a host of people that know and can prove what they say is an odd way to verify the claims we are making. Wierwille's evil and his cult legacy has been exposed and shouted from the rooftops.
  15. How much more of a firsthand account than excathedra or Kristen Skedgell does a person need? Wouldn't a witness to a married, 50 something, "minister" having sex on a motor coach with a young lady in her early twenties be hard to come by anyway? Usually things of this nature happen in private is my point. So throwing out the need for a first hand eye witness is sort of asking the impossible. Not to mention discrediting the victim to excuse Wierwille's indiscretions. But some people will do whatever they can to postpone their date with reality. I remember being the same way. Take evil actions such as committed by Wierwille, Martindale, and Rosalie (she covered it up) and rationalize them away.
  16. Your describing naturally occurring severe weather patterns that are normal. Wierwille is quoted as saying (From TWLIL by Whiteside) Do you see the difference? One occurs naturally while the other was cited as a confirmation of the following supposed conversation with God. Basically, Vic confirmed his chosen man of God status with this story. Put himself on a level playing field with Paul. (same source): How does this even compare to you witnessing with people from out of town and a summertime thunderstorm versus Wierwille's claim? By the way. The following claim falls flat because all of Wierwille's works can be traced to contemporary sources. Nevermind the first century Church.
  17. Shift. what it seems you are saying is no matter harm Wierwille allegedly did (it's likely rumor anyway acc. to you) the good he did in "moving the word" out weighs any of it. Please correct me if I am wrong.
  18. Shifthis. You said if you called TWI they would do a financial disclosure. Have you done that yet?
  19. Really, they are talking down to their followers in the article. Those tasked with actually promoting all things the way international are to be kind. Kind to class candidates and other people they "witness" to. At the advanced levels of the spiritual competition there is no room for such things. So was it ever true kindness to begin with? or just keeping the teeth hidden?
  20. They looked like a couple worse for the wear, unhappy, biotches last I saw them in 2008. And yes, Rosalie is Chariman Rosalie. Kinda like Chairman Mao, only totally different. And yes, the other directors are complete puppets. Rosalie and Donna run the show. Rosie micromanages everything she can. There are no dissenting votes or voices on any significant matter, if anything.
  21. Would you please do that and tell us how it went? 419-753-2523 --- Ask for Rosalie. http://starpas.azcc.gov/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wsbroker1/names-detail.p?name-id=F00256060&type=CORPORATION The 2008 report was the last time they had to report assets. It was around 57 million. And the Wierwille farm would hardly be worth millions. They made that money through the business they are engaged in. Selling classes and receiving charitable donations. So what charitable activities are they engaged in? Fellowships are free but the way doesn't provide those. They are provided by volunteers at their own expense. Tithes/ABS are sent to HQ and the money NEVER returns.
  22. Reading about their behavior relative to the Graeser suit was nauseating. How can grown adults who claim to be ministers/pastors (or whatever) deliver "prophesies" against each other and then act accordingly. Plus, ejecting JAL in the politically charged manner they did was sick as well. Especially since Lynn was one of? or the? founding member(s). Not that I am coming to JAL's aide. He has enough issues of his own, like not going any further in practice than he learned from Wierwille. Anywho, back to my own issues.
  23. Ya, I can just feel the exhortation to rise up oozing out of every pithy statement. Someone better get them to God's kindness to they can learn what the heck it is. Knowing them they will start charging registration fees to get it though.
