Okay let me put some facts on the table; And a warning this will be a long post 1 CoolWaters and I go back a long way--Our Famiies LIVED TOGETHER--What she says about Pediophiles and and Adultry and all the depravity in The Alaska TWI of the 1980's IS THE TRUTH 2) My children were sexually molested by OUR TC repeatedly--too teriffied to speak of it until they were adults --still reaping the pain and shame--the tears shed in the last 6 years have been hard and bitter as truth comes to light in my and my children's lives 3) the TC in question was finally arrested for molestation outside of TWI and Convicted. He was sentenced to 50 years he served THREE, and then was welcomed back by TWI leadership with OPEN ARMS. You don't think there was some string pulling there?? the ONLY way he could have gotten out so soon was if someone vouched for him and guarenteed that they would be responsible for him. TWI s problem was the regular Joe Belivers didn't want this person anywhere near their children. 4) TWI sent he and his wife back to Ohio--sent them to live with a TC and his family--sent my ex there too. Then everything hit the fan--Turns out that the new TC's had a family in their TWIG (no surprise there LOL) that had a son--Suddenly this family quit TWI and turned their backs on a many year friendship much to astonishment of the TC. I've communicated with that TC over the years--He is a good person who truly tried to do God's work. Imagine his Shock, Horror, Astonsishment when He found out that his Houseguest (forced on him by TWI Leadership) was in fact the TC who had molested that couples son many years before. TWI leadership had convinced those parents that they shouldn't go to the authorities that he would be handled internally and appropriate punishment would be meted out. 5) the punishment Meted out was he was sent to Alaska, no civil authorities were ever told, THe USAF was not told AND HE WAS GIVEN A NEW TWIG IN ALASKA!!!!!!!!!!! 6) he was arrested in 1987 IN 1994 he and his wife were dropped from ACTIVE Corps Status. He has NEVER been Marked and Avoided So for all those of you out there who have warm fuzzy thoughts about TWI let me make something really clear VICTOR PAUL WIERWILLE KNEW AND CONDONED LOY CRAIG MARTINDALE KNOWS AND CONDONED DONNA MARTINDALE KNOWS AND CONDONED ROSALIE RIVENBARK KNOWS AND CONDONED HARVY PLATIG KNOWS AND CONDONED GOT THE PICTURE!!!!!!! I agree with Catcup this is a much "tamer "place than it was two years ago. The reality is TWI stil exists. TWI still Needs money from Believers and they need to restock on those real soon. So I fully expect that they are going to come out with a new truth and a new spin and start recruitung again. I think we need to remember that GS is not only for those now and formerly associated with TWI but most importabt those who have been approached by TWI (and yes I believe they are out there) This is the first site that comes up on most search engines. So some "straight from the horses mouth stories" might not be a bad idea Me I came in in 1982 "left" in 1989 Went through Spousal abuse And my children were abused both physically and Sexually by my husband and TC. Ended up losing my kids--still haven't reconciled with my daughter and its been 15 years. A poster asked It's always there not a raw open sore but somedays the ache is still very heavy--partially because the relationships with my children, or lack thereof, is a daily walk. As for my walk with Christ it has become closer and sweeter I joined the LDS Church and for the firstime in my life finally know what it means to be a BELOVED child of GOd. Everywhere else I wnet, not just TWI although TWI did the most damage, I was never Good enough. MO

THe "Lost the Holy SPirit" is VPW at his worst. THere is nowhere where CHrist Is shown Losing THe Holy Spirit--In fact if he lost it--how was he able to sent "the Comforter" at Pentacost? Did he go to the Lost and Found Dept of HEaven??? DO you really think that GOd would take the Holy Spirit from his SOn when He Most Needed it? When I hear people talk about how bloody It was I remember that the OT says he was no longer recognizable as A man. Dear members of TWI who are Chuckleheads (those TWI who are not Chuckleheads can ignore this ) Please read carefully Without CHrist's torture and pain there would be no blood sacrifice for our sins Without Christ's death there could be no resurrection Without the Ressurrection there would be no Holy Spirit,or eternal life. THere are some doctrines that are particular to TWI those need to be kept here especially if they are in a thread that is discussing those doctrines and the impact they had on folks lives. I Am Not a baseball fan--BUt I am a diehard Seattle MAriners fan. Let me explain--most of you know I live and Work in a residential hotel. In the staff living room we have cable TV and I work with two Mariners fan, SO during BAseball seasOn we watch all the Mariners games. I like to quilt or do needlework in front of the TV. So I had three choices I could not watch TV during Games I could stay and do my needlework and grit my teeth I could watch the games and learn a little about baseball I opted for # 3 and before you know it I was hooked on The MAriners-- So this year I am cheering for Seattle but I am still not a baseball fan MO (who Used to be Maure)

for me the resurrection scene was just unbelievable. SO much message in those few scenes. As for Caiphus He was the High Priest--the ONLY person among all of the members of the Jewish faith who could enter the Holy of Holies and speak to GOD "Face to face" Caiphus knew all the prophecies --he knew a Messiah would be coming And He and His fellow Sanhedrin Knew THE DAY IT HAPPENED THE JOB OF HIGH PRIEST WOULD BECOME OBSOLETE!! That's right no more Cushy Board seats, No more Drambuie, NO more luxi---Oops got sidetracked there :o--> But what Caiphus expected --what almost everyone expected-- was that the Messiah would free them, not spiritually, but free them from Roman rule. So Caiphus was expecting Jesus to Lead an Uprising that would sweep the Romans from power --with Jesus emerging as the New High priest with all the "goodies" that went with the office--the goodies that heretofore had been the property of Caiphus and CO. That is why Caiphus explained Jesus" alleged crimes in political terms to Pilate--because that's where Caiphus was at. Jesus dead = no uprising = Caiphus safe and secure as high Priest. The shock of Caiphus as he sees the rent Veil and crumbling wall of the Holy of Holies brought home just what an impact this event must have had on Jewish Life. As I sat in that theater The violent persecution of The early Christians by Paul and the other members of the Sanhedrin who set out to kill all "Christians" assumed a whole new dimension-- This wasn't a fight over "heretical" doctrine but a fight for their very survival. Can you imagine; as word spread throughout the World that the Holy of Holies was no longer cut off, that GOD was no longer limited to the High Priest and a select few; what happed to the money changers- the sellers of sacrificial animals- the fees for the mikvas? Sales must have dropped dramatically--even those who did not profess Christianity, very well may have doubted the wisdom of financially supporting A High Priest -when he was no longer really needed. Caiphus' worst nightmare had come true--and at his own hand-- now the scramble to restore that which he had lost and failing that to maintain what was left-- MO (who Used to be Maure)

Spirit never dies--It is the part that belongs to GOD Flesh and BOne on the other hand returns to dust. When you die your spirit returns to the spritual realm where it stays with all the other Spirits WHen Christ Died He made it possible for us to be reunited with our Flesh and Blood bodies When CHrist DIed on the Cross the Spirits of the dead were released When Christ returns we will be rejoined, spirit an body to be judged. After the judgement we will either have Eternal Life with jesus Christ and GOd or we won't MO (who Used to be Maure)
