My feeble little brain has always thought that rewards were in the plus column of the book of life. You know every single thing ou have done in your life you get to see in front of GOD. THe bad and the rewards those times when GOD said "well done good and faithful servant". But the rewards aren't going to get you into heaven. Only faith and following Jesus Christ the son of GOD as our savior and redeemer will do that.

First Of all let me say that I have had an abortion, had nothing to do with TWI, and I've felt the lose of that child everyday since. He would have been 32 this August. That said. I personally am opposed to Abortion, except for life threatening reasons. This is how I personally feel GOD feels about it HOwever, I do support legislation that gives women the right to choose. Let me explain: we are a free society, what makes us free is our ability to choose. Take that away we loose our freedom and more importantly we take free agency away and free agency is what GOD it is all about. I is my belief, as a Christian, that if we were doing our jobs in spreading the gospel, in teaching our children, I MEAN REALLY DOING OUR JOBS, There wouldn't be a need for abotion except in life threatening cases. I know many of you are thinking of the icest/rape scenario, but that is what adoption agencies are for. We need to make adoption more readily attainable for worthy families. We need to make sure that young women in this predicamant have loving stable surroundings during those pregnacies, with counseling, employment opportunites, education opportunites etc so when the baby is born and given up she will have a life. Once we get our acts together society as a whole will improve so that hopefully this issue will no longer be an issue

I know that the phone call I got is trivial compared to what went on after the fog years. But they were the building blocks-- First cookies, then more meeting, then more required meetings, then more required activities, (cleaning, cooking, baby sitting), then more scrutiny into private lives, then yelling sessions, then... You get the idea SAme with the sex... VPW's predilication for young girls not his wife, then the upper echelons joining in into a expanding circle, then pediophile twig coordinators.. then on to LCM.... THe classic bully/abuser format First the yelling, then the emotional abuse, then bad acts, escalting as they got away with the one before....

Phone Conversation 4:45 PM TC: I need you to bring 3 dozen homeade cookies to the meeting tonight at the limb. MO: you're calling me less than an hour before the event , an event I might add that I barred from, and expect me to drop everything to make cookies!!!! TC: I'm giving you and opportunity to Bless the believers. YOu need to be here by 5:50 for the meeting. MO: so what you are saying is that suddenly I'm good enough to come to the meeting I was barred from because you need cookies?? It was expected that we the twigites would clean the LIMB/BRANCH home. I did it once with most of the other ANchorage Women. Then it was a once a year thing. I was in the kitchen--what quickly became clear to all of us is that other than the living room and guest bathroom (Fellowship areas) the house hadn't been cleaned since that last time twigites were drafted. THe cupboards were literaly black with spilled food and grime ,took steelwool to get it off. THe Jenn Air range grease resevoir was full and overflowing in puddles to the floor and seeping under the stove --amazing the whole thing hadn't caught on fire. THe rest of the house was in similar condition. We cleaned the house and there must have been a lot of woman voicing their gripes to their husbands. Because suddenly it became a monthly thing and Everyone else's housekeeping skills became an issue. Mind you there was never a thank you for the 10+ hours put in by a group of 15-20 women just a increased scrutiny about our own houses cleanliness.
