Buy half price Christmas stock after Christmas...and even pick up some gifts and stocking stuffers for the following Christmas...put them away...you'll save a bundle and avoid the shopping mobs...ugh!

Belle...my first guitar was a 12 string Martin!!! I went to Sam Ash in New York, who know pretty much everything about everything instrumental. That Martin had a warped neck...and was on sale for $500 (this was 30 years ago mind you)... The salesguy told me that Martins have a lifetime warranty and hence I could get the neck fixed...hence the half sale price. I bought it (it was a gift) and got the neck fixed. It still works to this day... I, personally, buy the top notch...I have a Rizotti hammer dulcimer which cost a pretty penny, and I don't play it much anymore...but...it is worth today what I bought it for 10 years ago because of the quality. I dare guess what my Martin is worth... Your other option is to go to your local "symphony hall"...or comparable local orchestra (most cities have them) and have someone there help you. They may even have or know of some for sale. Good Luck!!!

I have stashes. I save quarters in my car and in a little wallet in the house....it's just automatic now to put them there....I had well over $100 to spend recently when I was broke. It's a good thing. I also have envelopes. I label each one for what I need the money for...one for Las Vegas....one for the dentist...one for whatever else I need to save for. Once the money goes in, I never take it out...they're under my mattress ;)-->. When I've saved the lot, I lick the envelopes and wait for the need to come by to use them. A friend of mine took my advice and what she does to save is...when people give her 20's- they all go for rent. When people give her 50's they go in the dentist envelope. When people give her 100's they go in a coffee can in the freezer for savings. (We are in a mostly all cash business, so, it's not unusual to get a handful of big bills in a week). I've paid off my credit cards and refuse to use them except for emergencies. I always shop sales...I always buy local artwork when I'm travelling, nomatter the cost. I never go to Walmart. I try to eat organic. Doing those things ^^^^^^^^^^ is great preventive medicine and will save you $$$ in the longrun. Make stashes...buy a safe.

I just heard an interview with the general manager of the team and apparently, from 1905-1918 the Red Sox won 5 world series!!!!!!! He said winning again is next... Hey, look at our Patriots!!! And if Kerry wins (when Kerry wins)...Massachusetts will be onna roll!!!

Clean out all the mold and mildew everywhere...have them even check underneath your paint and deep in the walls. I don't have any physical problems, but can imagine your discomfort as I have clients who suffer the same thing. Do you have an air purifier in the house?
