  1. You didn't, but there's a lot of bald superhero villains.
  2. "'Sic gorgiamos allos subjectatos nunc'- 'We gladly feast on those who would subdue us.' Not just pretty words." "The human spirit-it is a hard thing to kill." "Even with a chainsaw." " I would die for her. I would kill for her. Either way, what bliss!" "They say a man who represents himself has a fool for a client. Well, with God as my witness, I am that fool!"
  3. "Lucky Day" was an Amigo. Was Vincent Antonelli in "My Blue Heaven"?
  4. Kevin Spacey as bald Lex Luthor, Jeff Bridges as bald Obadiah Stane, lots of bald villainous masterminds. (Of course, this may have referred to Roarke or Rockwell, even.) Was this "the Big Lebowski"? I think Bridges, and maybe Spacey, was in that. Maybe.
  5. Mrs Wolf said that MISTER Peel would make sense, but not Mrs Peel. HE was MI6.
  6. "'Sic gorgiamos allos subjectatos nunc'- 'We gladly feast on those who would destroy us.' Those are not just pretty words." "The human spirit-it is a hard thing to kill." "Even with a chainsaw."
  7. Wait-HBO series? Was this "Tales from the Crypt-Bordello of Blood?"
  8. Taking a wild swing here.... "District 7"? (Or whatever number.)
  9. "CLASH of the Titans." I forgot we were still trying to name it-I got sidetracked this evening.
  10. Correct! I could not accept "Herman Munster" because that name was only used for one version. I could accept "the creature" because it was used for a few, and "Frankenstein" likewise, both for "FRANKENSTEIN'S MONSTER." David Prowse was VERY TALL. That narrows down the possible roles. JLM and BC played Dr F and his monster in a play, with who played who alternating between performances. (If JLM played Dr F, BC played the monster, etc.)
  11. There were voice actors listed-but I think you chose none of them. Jim Cummings is a cartoon voice actor, for example. And if a character is well-known enough, someone will suggest a variation of the opposite gender- a number of Harry Potter fanfics have been written about Harriet Potter, and you're already aware of other roles interpreted so on television. Come on, picture David Prowse in your head. What adjectives spring to mind? Doesn't that narrow the possibilities a lot? In most portrayals, strictly speaking, he does not. In a few, he does. BC and JLM both played him in 2011, in the same play, alternating the role with another (one played one, the other played the other, with who played which alternating for performances.)
  12. Charles Stanton Ogle Percy Standing Glenn Strange Gary Conway Michael Gwynn Mike Lane Harry Wilson Don Megowan Danny Dayton Kiwi Kingston Koji Furuhata Allen Swift Susan Denberg Robert Rodan Freddie Jones John Bloom David Prowse Bo Svenson Paul McGuigan Rory Kinnear Aaron Eckhart Roger Morrissey Chad Michael Collins Kevin James Jonny Lee Miller Benedict Cumberbatch Shuler Hensley Luke Goss Frank Welker Jim Cummings Phil Hartman Robert de Niro Chris Sarandon (I'm starting to run out of names...) (BTW, at least 1 portrayal was from 2011, one from 2012, one from 2013, one from 2014 and one from 2015.) I think the next posting, I will post all the dead giveaways together.
  13. No, but it's an interesting coincidence about 2 of those actors portraying SH. They also were among the actors playing someone else. George, you missed a familiar name-one that should tell you something about the character....

  15. That was not a typo. This thread usually has 3 actors or 3 roles listed. There's so many actors for this SINGLE role that I posted them in sets of 3, with more than 1 set per day. You already missed one name in the list which should have told you something important besides that there are so many actors for one role.
  16. That's him. You knew his Japanese name?
  17. Ah, Meteoro! Your movie was a box office bomb, but it was fun, even if PETA complained. Your show was popular enough to get 2 different minor sequels ("New Adventures Of" and "Next Generation") but the original will always be remembered more than the rest. And I do like how your family (mostly) sticks together. The only thing that bothers me is that your name is inconsistent. In the US, they neither call you "Go Mifune" nor "Meteoro."

  19. He probably had different people across the week for a presentation that was mostly the same across the week. Hey-it was local and it was current. That's good for business as well as topical.
  20. Al Pacino the Devil's Advocate Keanu Reeves
  21. Charles Stanton Ogle Percy Standing Glenn Strange Gary Conway Michael Gwynn Mike Lane Harry Wilson Don Megowan Danny Dayton (Those are all actors.)
  22. "Amazing Thing near Macy's in Midtown." Or something like that.
  23. Australian??? *thinks* *thinks more* "Moulin Rouge"?
  24. I'm current with Flash until this week. I'm 1 week behind in Arrow and Gotham, and a bit more with Supergirl. 1 week on Agents of SHIELD as well. The jumbled order of the Supergirl episodes will mean I will have some trouble watching the last one quickly (the one moved back a week.) As for the Flash, I'm wondering if Johnny Chambers himself will show up on an Earth, or if we've already seen the closest I'll get to him. (Speaking vaguely to avoid spoilers.)
