Saw your handle and just HAD to say HI! Even though I don't have a copy, I DO have some cheesecake for ya!! SPLATTT! SPLATT! --Oh, here's one fer Freaky girl, too, then! SPLATTTT!
Every time I've been in the chat room it's been almost totally upbeat, happy and cheerful... I don't know which chat room you were going to Fontanana, but it's generally a "happy place"... much more fun than Jerry Springer...
FontanaAna...If I understand your point of view, you are thankful to God that you don't share the opinions that some of us do concerning twi...Well, I thank God that my eyes have been opened to an insideous little cult that has been lying in God's name!
As far as who my posts are for...I just write em'...they are for anybody who chooses to read them...apparently, you do not read posts that disagree with your point of view...that's fine...but just in case you are still reading this...a friendly reminder, The Grease spot Cafe is NOT a Christian website. It's an open discussion forum that welcomes divergent points of view. You are certainly welcome to yours, but if opposing points of view upset you, I would suggest checking out one of the many, many Christian site that are "available".
As far as the CF&S class goes...it was a joke. They billed it as "the greatest teaching on this subject anywhere in the world"...far from it. I learned more from 8th grade biology and what my folks taught me growing up...Wierwille's views on sex were chauvinistic, perverse and cruel. Having wierwille teach about sex is like having a pedophile teaching a boyscout troop.
I was only trying to be helpful. And the "quick-fix" advice I provided for re-creating the class in the comfort of your own home (though I would add, use early 70s pornographic photos - its the afros that will push the envelope) can be quite an ultra-positive, life-affirming substitute, and could save you a bundle of time and money toward accomplishing the same "experience" derived from taking the actual class.
70s photos featuring naked white people with perm-afros, drooling hunting dogs, and a middle aged preacher trying to look 40 years old wearing a checkered polyester suit will help your spirit attain CF&S Nirvana. And for FREE!
And gotta do more than pop in with a differant name every time and then leave instantly.
It's people! No two of us are alike and there is no telling what might happen, but it's usually pretty great. Friendships might be forged, hearts might be calmed, questions might be answered, someone might laugh. Someone might weep. Another might spend some time relaxing after a shi++y day.
For those who don't know, Ana is Mrs. Grizzy, and has been off and on this site and Waydale since before I started. She knows good and well what type of site this is, and the next ulterior motive she has in asking for something here will be the first.
I remember taking this - several times. I think I heard VPs over a speaker - so I didn't get the lovely pictures. They weren't really sure how I was going to react. I think I was 13 the first time I heard it? Of course I was pretty sheltered - so when he read off the slang terms for sex organs I sorta couldn't help but laugh... very hard.
I almost fell out of my chair.
I can only remember the laughing really. XP
I think CM did one as well if I remember correctly - a video? I don't remember seeing porn on this one but I remember him talking about CF&S or whatever. It wasn't as funny but I wasn't too offended - I might change my mind if I saw it today though.
After he was outed - we had one in our area. No porn again. XP This time people who were married talked. They actually had some good things to say I think. It was more neutral this time. One husband addressed the men and said - if your wife is always nagging you and upset - maybe you should check yourself out. What are you doing? Happiness went both ways. They talked to the ladies too - but it wasn't "get down on your knees" and praise God you have such a wonderful man.
We actually didn't talk about sex - other than we shouldn't do stuff togther until we are married. We should be married to believers... etc... It was pretty much still the husband dominates the relationship - but he needs to listen to his wife. But what he says goes. They also said if women weren't ready to submit to their husbands then they shouldn't get married.
That was the first time I realized I didn't want to get married to another person in TWI - who would want to put up with that? I can tell him what I think - but I have to do what he wants no matter what? That sucks.
I found CF&S for the most part really lame and boring, but one thing has stuck in my brain all these years.
it was at the end when vpw introduced mrs. w in a tearful voice. the look on her face made my blood run cold. she looked like I felt when my ex would parade me like a prize and act like an adoring husband, when in private he was cruel, would tell me what a bitch I was and how useless I was, or just ignore me, or hurt me for fun.
I know that I was bothered because it was all about how to serve the husband, how to be an angel in the kitchen and a devil in bed...that the girls shouldn`t undress in the open, to hide and be secretive to make it sexy....I was struck by how it seemed all about what the women should do for the men....I didn`t hear anything about what the man was suppose to do for the woman, or how to treat her ...etc.
I hated that class....it was really embarassing watching all of that porn. I mean we were supposed to think we were so spiritual that we could view all of that stuff with a renewed mind....that it was a beautifull thing to watch....blech...in hind sight, I think that it was programming to be perves.
I know that I wasn`t supposed to mind if spouse wanted to watch porn or read dirty magazines....fortunately for us...as newly weds...we found most of that stuff mighty dull.
Nero, I was taking it a couple of weeks before I got married...I remember being dismayed and thinking....I shouldda read the fine print ...lol
It was scarey thinking that you were going to lose your spiritual connection to God...that everything God did would now be through your husband.
Yeah sure you could disobey, but if you did, even if you were right, you would be out of fellowship with God and disaster would befall.
It was awfull to realize that your whole spiritual life was in his hands...of he messed up or was out of fellowship, or missed it somewhere on any given day.....no matter how right you were in your walk...your entire family would suffer disaster :(

Ana, it makes me sick that the man ever "taught" a "class" with that name
and i don't mind saying so
his coaching class was a lot more revealing about where he was at (GAG)

And gotta do more than pop in with a differant name every time and then leave instantly.

Support and encouragement might be given.
hmmmm, sounds like real life to me.
This is bad?

Thanks Zix,
I am aware of who Ana is and I love her. (and miss her)
My only point is that this site is made up of people. Real people with differant personalities, opinions, ideas and mannerisms.
I don't for a second believe Ana has ill feelings for this site.
