  1. loyboy was a dufus...a loud mouthed arrogant dufus...he wasn't only a cheapshot buyy, he also believed that every random thought that came into his meaty head was God speaking to him...and folks, that makes him mentally ill in my book. He's damn lucky he didn't end up in a sraight jacket doing the thorazine shuffle
  2. 12 credits of pure bull sh **t...12 credits of brainwashing and mind control...12 credits of "give me your money and do what I say"...12 credits of in your face religious diatribe...12 credits of "you just wasted 12 credits"...
  3. The value of the corps teachings were non existent...unless you had them in written form and then you could line the bottom of your bird cage with them.
  4. For me, I don't mind remembering about my experiences in twi...it simply doesn't bother me. In fact, remembering their methodology helps me to spot the same things in other organizations (when it's there)...and in other people (when it's there)...twi helped me to develop a very good bulls*it meter...and besides, it's the stones in the brook that make it sing (tongue firmly in cheek)
  5. I wish I could say the same...My memories of the folks that I was in residence with are not good ones. I recall a lot of arse kissers, egomaniacs, and ladder climbers. Many of them are still in off shoots, drinking the koolaid. Friendships were all conditional and less than genuine...at least was my experience...but what else should I have expected from a cult.
  6. http://energyheaven.blogspot.com/2010/09/marleys-mellow-mood.html Had some tonight...it works just fine
  7. What say ye to this version?
  8. In my opinion, based on my own experiences, (went wow, was in the corps, lived at Emporia)...the sexual escapades were kept just beneath the surface of what was commonly known. Some people knew...most didn't. I certainly didn't...had I known, I never would have entered the corps. In retrospect, I recall thinking (while at Emporia) that there was "something" going on that I couldn't put my finger on... ...seemed like there were cliques that hung out (mostly upper "leadership")...they would all have "knowing smiles" that were somewhat lecherous...like there was a joke they were all in on and you were clueless. I might add that I was very naive and trusting...never thought that ANYTHING like indiscriminate sex was been passed around... ...Over the years I have learned that many of the worst sex offenders of twi were often the same people who I knew at Emporia who were part of the clique... ...and in case I hadn't mentioned it previously in some of my earlier posts...the whole lot of them can kiss my arse.
  9. I find his attitude refreshing... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBqZs7oGPZQ
  10. This one's for all you "parrot heads"...
  11. I think that says it all...At this point, anyone still defending Vic is beyond help. I won't even try to help you...afterall, not every turtle makes it to the sea...Wierwille WAS that turd rolled in sugar...so take a bite if you'd like...as for me...I'd rather have a snickers.
  12. Yeah, really...For me those years are filled with memories that I have consigned to "things I'd rather forget"...What a waste of time! Id rather have spent those years following the Grateful Dead and smoking dope...at least THAT was honest.
  13. Good stuff Socks... If you like good guitars...this one's a gem http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=de1Miicm3Bc
  14. Good point...so let's make it a big bust of VPW...that way, we can see his beady little eyes more clearly. OMG!...I think I may have wet myself.
  15. Maybe instead of a bathtub Mary on the front lawn...there should be a little bust of VPW sticking out of the lawn with an open bible in his hand...
  16. Following that very insightful and compassionate post by Dot (I call her Dottie)...let me say a little more...through music...you see, although I am a compassionate person, I feel that sometimes, the best way to address an issue is to be more "direct"...therefore, I dedicate this song to all those who think that VPW was a "good guy"... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPPvSiFLyXA
  17. Wierwiile was consistent. He consistently lied, stole, abused women, and belittled anyone who wouldn't smootch his arse. ...So no, Wierwille was not a "good man"...why? because he chose to be a bad man. I feel sorry for those who do not know the truth about this rat in human form...for those who have read the many threads about him at GreaseSpot and STILL think he's a "good man"...I do not feel sorry for them at all...their ignorance is a deliberate choice...too bad so sad.
  18. Good stuff mstar1... Thought I would throw in a little story telling folk kind of thing...by the master of such stuff...
  19. Hell, I'd send him a dollar if he did that...
  20. ...Just the opposite perhaps...Twi has been reduced to a "historical society" honoring the memory of the drunken thief Wierwille...To say they been marginalized is an understatement. If it weren't for all the money we gave them during their "peak" years, they would have closed shop a long time ago. I know Linder and he is a douche bag.
  21. THAT was worth repeating...Worship a book indeed...To the "secular thinker", this is pure nonsense...it should be pure nonsense to the Christian as well.
  22. You have a point SoCrates...afterall, Howard Allen built his coffin...besides lining it with asbestos, he probably threw in a bottle of drambuie, a pack of Kools and a young teenage girl bound and gagged... ...and I'm sure he chuckled when he nailed the lid shut.
  23. Apology accepted... After listening to this antiquated buffoon, I can only say...same old crappola... I would like to comment on a statement that Lynn made...referring to Jesus Christ, Lynn claims..."The only way to know him is by coming to the book (bible)"...Think about that for a minute...That's like saying...The only way to know Karl Kohler is by reading his book, the cult that snapped. Actually, the only way to know Karl is by having personal contact with him where you speak and he speaks...and you interact with each other. If lynn really believes that Christ is alive, why does he tell you the ONLY way to know him is through a book?...especially a book that produces a paycheck for him when you, as he says, "check it out"... This is the same old bait and switch game that Wierwille played...Is Lynn shameless or is he really a victim of his own bulls*t?
  24. ...and what would an advertisement be without some background music?... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRNTQvXSsfA
