VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISHES FOR YOU, ALFAKAT!!

HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS!!!
-
Well, Evan, my parents have choice season tickets / box seats to all the MSU events so consider yourself still having a standing invitation to come experience the SEC with the Dawgs. :) And, yes, Croom is wonderful! Of course, my preference is the BBQ in Left Field Lounge while we heckle the outfielders and watch Ron Polk's Diamond Dawgs dominate. Football is secondary to Baseball in this gal's heart of hearts. I don't like the BCS either and can not, for the life of me, figure out why on earth they made the match ups they did for so many games. I think they try to keep LSU from playing USC cause then it would shut them up and they could no longer claim USC is better than LSU. Geaux Tigers!!

THIS is where I have been spending my time.....

Ahem...... Arkansas and Florida are the only two SEC teams to have lost, actually. And, my prediction is they will remain the only two to have lost after the showdown in New Orleans. My Dawgs kept Kevin Smith in the Dawg House in an incredible defensive game. Bama Rolled Tide over Colorado Auburn Tigers clawed their way over Clemson Tennessee's Big Orange tamed the Badgers Georgia's Dawgs leied Hawaii out flat Kentucky clobbered Florida State My two favorite teams are Mississippi State and whoever is playing Ole Miss (with apologies to Sudo) - After that it's any SEC team with Florida being the exception - I live down here and those fans are worse than any Ole Miss fan ever though of being. Can't stand the school, the team and especially the fans. That being said.... I'm darn proud of our SEC teams and I'll be donning my Purple and Gold for LSU on Monday night! I, too am sorry that the Illini didn't shock USC into submission. I was pulling hard for Zook - He's a good guy who got a bad rap from Florida (just one more reason to despise that team).

WELCOME ARTEMIS!!! First Cup is always on the house! We always have the standard on Christmas Day: Turkey, Honey Ham, Green Bean Casserole, Squash Casserole, Homemade Rolls, Cornbread Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Pumpkin and Pecan Pies. It used to all be made from stuff out of Mama Nina's garden, but since she's passed, we don't have that luxury (or deliciousness) any more. For the informal gathering the week-end before we take turns hosting the celebration and there is always something different. It's the time to try new things together and we love the tradition of non-tradition.

So, I see Karate isn't the only class she's been taking! Smooth Moves there, Rascal!!

My cousins and I, likewise, wish y'all a Merry Christmas!

Here is DWBH's post. And, yes, it is a good one.

Nero, how awesome!!! I agree with LAE about video taping him if you can. Y'all keep fighting for him. He seems to be fighting hard, too. That's just incredible and I am so happy for you and your family!!

Ahhh, yes! I love hanging my Christmas cards in the archway to the kitchen and along the top of the overpass into the dining room. :)

Very cool! Thanks, Mark!

Roy, thank you for sharing this with us. I am rushing to get things done before heading to Mississippi in a few days, but will print this out to look at it. :) Will you have some of your dreams and prophecies in the book, too?

Welcome, Tex! :) Here's a map to the Cafe that WordWolf so excellently compiled for us. And, as WateredGarden said, first order is always on the house. Enjoy the mocha latte' this morning while you peruse the digs. There are quite a few "groovy Christians" here, hopefully you'll find some long lost buddies.

1) My heart goes out to the subject of Swatratra's behavior. How utterly broken must that poor person be? That had to have been a horrific experience. How many of us were accused of being under the influence of devil spirits? How much worse to have that kind of stuff go to the extremes Karen Ann Graeser took it to? 2) That thread from the CES forums is sickening. Sickening in the realization how absolutely blind Mark Graeser, John Lynn, John Schoenheit and the others are to the concerns of their own people and the utter ignorance of the scriptures. Their arrogance was enough to set off the hurl reflexes, but that thread just shows very clearly how rooted they are in their own egos and doing things their way the hearts of the people and the scriptures be dammmed. Tzaia, thank you for that clarification and correction of my observations. :)
