No Paw not on this end about the "This Site Can't Be Found. At times (not as many times during the day) it is still slow but I think it has picked up a little speed.
It's probably too soon to tell. Sometimes (before) it was very quick. I haven't had any major slowdowns in the last couple of days, so maybe it's better.
Seems slightly better on my home computer. Same with my work place system. The speed has increased greatly on my laptop, at least since I traded the Pentium 133Mhz in for this 2.4Ghz laptop, but I think the improvment is on my end. :D-->

Well, the slow times this morning, it only took about a minute and a half to load a page. Before this, on real slow times, a page may NEVER load.
But I don't blame you or the site- probably two and a half million herbal "remedy" emails floating around that's gunking up the works..
With DSL connection here, when its fast, its as fast as lightning.

It's slightly better here on this end, Paw. I've never run into that "site can't be found" thing though.
When I get a chance to log on at work, it is lightening fast, but they have cable there, and I am on dial-up here at the house.

ps -- when I first get here, it is fast. The longer I stay, the more *sluggish* it becomes. Guess that is maybe my puter, eh?

It could be (and most likely is) my computer...
It sometimes take a loooooooooooooong time for different threads to load.
What happens is...
Some of the "custom avatars" (such as a picture) load at full screen size before it reduces size to the "standard" size.

Speed is a little better --
still slow with loading the windows for posting replies to threads.
I find the "Quick Reply" window more reliable and faster - the regular reply window sometimes won't even show itself....
