Yes, I do. Have family history of heart disease and I have had high cholesterol. Cholesterol is way down as I take zocor and eat good food (that's good for me) now. BUT, last fall, my cholesterol check showed too low level of HDL (the good cholesterol). Now, I've been working out at the gym vigorously, at least 4 times/week, for close to two years now. All of that together SHOULD have made my good cholesterol level plenty HIGH. But it didn't... so, my doc told to take Omega 3 AND flax seed oil. I did NOT decrease my exercise, but only added the two supplements. Cholesterol check in the spring showed excellent cholesterol levels, including the HDLs. So, yes, I have experience with good results. Do you have any specific questions?

WS for three teams, Co-MVP 2001 WS, the bloody sock... it's already a lock (IMO)... as long as he keeps his mouth shut for most of the next few years. A win tonight wouldn't hurt, but at almost 41, a loss would likely not hurt his chances either.

I don't mind blow outs... when the Dbacks are the team doing most of the scoring.

Last I heard, the number of homes destroyed in SoCal exceeds 1.5k. But it's hard to NOT expect WS weather in the NE and Colorado to be cold this time of year.

I think that's the prediction Peter Gammons gave... definitely with the Manny HR, but Gammons might have said either 6 or 7, I forget which. I share your anticipation for grieving the end of the 2007 season... I probably would have been a little more excited about this series if the Indians had won the AL... and would DEFINITELY have been more excited if the Dbacks had won the NL... however, I, to am hopeful for an exciting series. btw, I'm not too sure that Hap would admit to being one of my fans.... :blink: even though he is most certainly a RockIES fan.

John Henry... Well, I was here in the Phoenix area from '68 until I enlisted in the USAF... then back since '82... I owned a house in Chandler from 96-05, sold at the top of the housing boom and moved to a retirement community in South Scottsdale... so, just over 2 years now. Now, are YOU going to give us any clues as to your identity? Years ago, I knew of a 9th corpse sister who lived for a while in Chandler... and one time, I ran into a 9th corpse bro at my daughter's school, at the beginning of the summer day camp stuff... other than that, I have no idea who you could be... and yes, that is my pic I use for an avatar.
