I am a non-trinitarian Jesus believing God fearing sinner. I won't go into all of my sins. That would amuse some and probably bore most of you I'm sure. I have my stupid biases, prejudices, hang-ups. And gee. My names Rottie, I'm a.........fill in the blank.

Does that make everyone here happy? Thought not. I couldn't care less, and I doubt you do either.

Thanks for your lack of interest.

Sheesh! <_<

Hi everybody. Yes Virginia, I'm coming out as a polemic, cranky, pain-in-the-keister, blasphemous, heretical, damn Yankee riding that train to hell whose worst trait is that he likes pineapple pizza!

MWUHAhahahahahahahahahahaha....... :evilshades:

(looks around nervously)...

OK, I admit it. And I'm coming out...as a blues fan. Yes, I tried, I tried SO hard to be a rocker. Hey, I even tried country but something was missing. I just couldn't live the lie anymore, I HAD to be a blues fan. I remember the first time I bent a string...It felt SO dirty, yet SO exciting! Like a kid with his first playboy, I would wait till the wee hours of the night and, when no one was around to hear, I would play my B.B. King records. And try my best to emulate what he was doing on my own guitar.

Now, after all these years playing the pentatonic scales till my fingers would bleed, I can say, without shame...

My name is Rick and I'm a blues fan!

Rick

Edited to correct spelling.

Hello, my name is Dan...

( :confused::yawn1: : :wacko: :wacko: HELLO, Dan. :unsure: :wacko: :( :wub: ^_^ :mellow: )

And I'm an intolerant-intolerant-intolerant. I have a partially redeeming quality of having the "rant" part somewhat under control, though I may be in denial.

Crowd speaks in unison-------"Hi, Rick.

Thanks, Rick, for taking a load of guilt and shame off my shoulders for I, too, am a blues fan.

When I was younger, I was asked what I wanted for Christmas.

Instantly, I replied."More Butter and Cotton, lots of Cotton!"

Seeing their puzzled stares I was too ashamed to tell them I meant *Paul Butterfield* and *James Cotton*.

And so, as Christmas arrived and I watched everyone else open packages with cool new sweaters and argyle socks, I smiled graciously and opened my boxes of butter and cotton-----(lots of cotton).

Sigh---- It ain't easy bein' a blues fan but somebody's gotta do it.

Okay. Here goes:

I think that John Wayne was a Great American. I love women and think that God did a spectacular thing when he invented them. I have a strong dislike for "eco-nazis" and believe that their earth worshiping religion has destroyed many many local economies and cultural ways of life. I believe that there is a global warming trend, but I do not believe that it is man made and that Al Gore is using it as a scam to help with his "redistribution of wealth" socialist agenda. I think that the public school system is pumping out mindless young citizens due to the socialism that is being pounded into their minds. I cannot stand political correctness. And, I agree with Dot Matrix on the illegal immigration thing. Build that wall now. And, like Rick and Waysider, I love The Blues, and enjoy playing my harps long and hard to the rythm of keyboard or guitar until the sweat rolls off me and my lungs seem ready to burst. And, I like it really LOUD. I also like to fight. But I only do that with a friend of mine and his buddies who are involved in the ultimate fighting scene. To me it is exhilarating to the max. I like to do everything full tilt boogie...

I'm an energetic lively woman, full of fun that just can't seem to find a male partner to get along with and live peaceably. I've come to decide it's time to just aim my energies on my princess and myself. Oh well...

I'm also a Christian woman that's actively looking for a church home...

My kids are my favorite people.

I drink diet Pepsi while I eat a brownie.

And, I'm a bluegrass, folk, blues and "oldies" rock fan - woo hoo hoo!!!

Hey! I can make a darn fine argument for a diet Coke and a bag of peanut M&M's being a complete meal... with all the major food groups. :biglaugh: :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

I guess I'll come out now about my real sexual identification. I'm a lesbian. For years I didn't know for sure what a lesbian was exactly but I just read what it is they like to do with women. It described me perfectly. But I'm not ashamed. I'm PROUD!!!

My best kept secret unless you come around to my back door and yard................I am a driftwood fanatic, I'm sure I've collected over 300 lbs of it over the course of this summer and there's still plenty day left. My van is usually backed to the hilt upon returning from the beach. I've been known to drag huge stumps of it for 3/4 of a mile down the beach....hmmm maybe a little obessed would be a better description!! In case you're wondering what in sam's hill I am doing with it, I have been turning my patio into a kind of "Gilligan's Island" haven, building all sorts of cool things.......when people come to visit I even have the Gilligan's Island theme song playing, I know I'm nuts!!!

Also I'm so against fashion or people having to wear what's "IN" for the season................my fashion sense for this summer has been, a t-shirt with a pair of blue-jean over-all shorts, the bib has to be worn down and my trusty pair old LIME green rubber boots. Great for beachcombing, when my arms and backpacks are full of driftwood I can still stuff the pockets.

Ah hell, I've been a lesbian for about as long as Sudo and since he has the guts to come out, I will too.

Whew, what a relief to get that out here, Sudo you are right, it IS liberating!

Bowtwi, wanna spend the night? I'll make a huge pan of brownies and get a case of Diet Pepsi.
