In the late '80's/early '90's there was a rumor floating around that George H.W. Bush was born of the wrong seed. I wrote a letter to Craig, and asked him. He said "no, but he is being influenced by them."
I was kinda hoping he said yes, cause I couldn't stand bush. "read my lips"
The NY Yankees in the late 70's early 80's had most of the team being seed boys. And that one that died in the plane crash wouldn't come over to the seed side and was killed.
Pretty seedy, huh ? Sounds right on to me. As well as Ian being a musical genius, I always felt Tull was very spiritual (in all the right ways), but what did I know ??? HA !
Chwester, you said Pete Rose definitely sold his soul to baseball...as if that were a bad thing.....I guess it's ok to muse on such things as seed boys, but I would be extremely proud of my son if he played baseball with the same hustle and commitment that Pete Rose did throughout his career...
I would be extremely disappointed if I had a son who made a "game" his "god". Geesh!

Wonder if Tull's Ian Anderson had heard of TWI ?
Seems to me he wrote a song about it once :
"People what have you done ?
You locked Him in a golden cage.
Made Him bend to your religion"...
("My God")

Oh George Bush, of course....AND John Kerry!
Well, they're both "Skull 'n Bones" comrades, a nefarious secret little organization at Yale that wants to rule the world. That can't be good.
